Front-End Engineer – Fresher

Full-Time • Dhaka • Salary: Up to 22,000 BDT

Responsibilities

Developing template using HTML/React/Vue.
Implementing UI with responsive screens in mind.
Updating existing templates with new pages and sections.
Responsible for the entire front-end development lifecycle.
Write clean code, valid markup, reusable code.
Write CSS in pre-processor, such as SASS.
Collaborate with other team members.

Skills & Additional

Strong knowledge in basic HTML/CSS/JS.
Very good understanding of Bootstrap/Tailwind framework.
Familiar with JavaScript ES6 standard, CSS3 and W3C validation.
Familiar with modern development tools like Vite, Webpack, and Git.
Good at JavaScript framework: React.js and/or Vue.js will be plus.
Experience in developing templates for ThemeForest will be a plus.
Fast learner, self-motivated, and eager to learn new things.
Good in English writing and understanding.
Be a proactive team player and problem solver.
Be passionate about own work and quality.
Self driven and hard working mindset.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Good at googling stuff.

Experience & Educational

No professional experience required but completed internship or relevant courses.
Completed Diploma or Graduation / Post-Graduation in any discipline.

Salary

Fixed BDT 12,000 per month for first 4 months.
Gross up to BDT 22,000 (depends on first 4 months performance).

Working day - 5 days (Mon-Fri), Time - 10am to 7pm.

UI/UX Designer

Full-Time • Dhaka • Salary: Up to 35,000 BDT (Gross)

We're looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design interface of website template (including dashboard) for Marketplace. The candidate will be part of our Product Team and help us to create new template as per market needs.

Job Responsibilities

Design the website, web app and dashboard template.
Design the components, graphics element that needs for visually appeal.
Understand and stay up-to-date on the latest UI design trends and techniques.
Research the UX and make themes/templates design based on current design trends.
Collaborate with the team and helps them to develop the template.
Ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
Have to 'think outside of the box' and eager to learn new things.

Additional Requirements

Exceptional UI and UX design skills that make your work stand out.
Good in visual design with typographic hierarchy, color concepts.
Good understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
Excellent eye and visual taste with problem solving mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
Experts in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience and Education Qualifications

At-least 2 year proven work experience.
A portfolio that showcases your proficiency.
Experience in ThemeForest/Marketplace based design will be plus.
Graduation/post-graduation from any discipline but design background is preferable.
Educational qualification will be relax for experienced candidates as we care about skills, not degrees.
