Can we get Free Installation?
By default, every Extended License holder can get basic installation services for free (one time). Otherwise additional charge will be required for installation and charge will be vary based on your server type.
Can we get support and how long?
Yes, you are entitle to get six (6) months free support as per Envato support policy. Also you can extend your support term after that.
Can we get future update of the application?
Yes, you will get update version of the application for free. But you have to upgrade your application.
What technology / framework use for this Investor application?
In application used PHP and Laravel 8.x framework in back-end. Also it use jQuery, bootstrap for front-end technology.
Is the code is full open source?
Yes, All the functional related codes (php, blades file) are fully open excerpt css/js files. If you want to extend functionality then you can do yourself. But keep in mind that we DO NOT provide any support over the modified code.
Installation Related
Can we get any installation guide?
Yes, you will get installation guideline inside documentation that helps you to install.
Can I install the application myself?
Yes, if you are familiar with other application installation process then can do your self. We provide manual and installer wizard that help you install the application easily.
What kind of server need to install the application?
Any kind of server can be fine. So you can use shared hosting or cloud hosting. But as per our documentation you must have php 7.4 and few php extensions enable on your server.
Investment Settings
What happens when Profit Adjustment / Payout Term = Term Basis or After mature?
Customer gets the profit after each term if selected Terms Basis. Eg, if someone invested 100 USD for 2% hourly for 3 days then, he will receive profit every hour. But if it is selected After Mature then profit will be received at the end of term.
When Capital Return (at the end of term) = Yes?
Customer gets his invested amount back along with the profit after the completion of the plan. So, he’ll get a total of amount as invested amount + profits he earns.
The capital Return (at the end of term) = No?
Customer gets his invested amount (partial) back after the end of each term. For example, someone invested 100 USD for 1% daily profit for 7 days, then every day he will receive 15.285 USD daily where 1 USD as actual profit and rest of capital.
What if the plan is set as Fixed type?
Customer won’t be able to invest at his will. He’ll have to invest an amount equal to the Minimum invest amount, i.e., 100 USD.
What happens when the admin changes a plan where a customer has already invested?
The change will be effective from the next investment, it will not update the previous investments.
What happens when a plan is set as featured?
It’ll be displayed before the non-featured plans in the customer dashboard.
