Subject to the purchased license, you may:

- Circumvent, disable, manipulate, or interfere with licensing, activation, verification, or security mechanisms.
- Use products in a manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
5. Marketplace Licensing
Some Softnio products may be distributed through third-party marketplaces, including Envato Market and other authorized platforms. Products purchased directly from Softnio are governed by the licensing terms provided by Softnio.
Products purchased through third-party marketplaces are governed by the applicable marketplace licensing terms, support policies, refund policies, and usage requirements.
Customers purchasing through a marketplace must comply with both the applicable marketplace policies and any relevant Softnio policies. Where a marketplace-specific license applies, the marketplace license will govern the permitted use of the purchased product.
Specific for Envato Marketplace
- Your license usage rights, multi-site deployments, and redistribution parameters are governed entirely by the Envato Standard Regular License or Extended License frameworks.
- Marketplace buyers must follow Envato’s structural terms, though any copyright violations or unlawful deployment reports may be verified and actioned through our unified support center systems.
6. License Verification
Softnio may use license verification systems, account validation mechanisms, activation systems, APIs, download authentication, or other technologies to verify legitimate product ownership and licensing status.
Customers agree not to bypass, disable, manipulate, reverse engineer, interfere with, or otherwise attempt to circumvent such systems. Proof of purchase, account verification, license keys, or other ownership verification methods may be required to access downloads, updates, support services, or product-related features.
7. Product Updates, Downloads, and Support
Access to product updates, downloads, support services, and related benefits may depend on the purchased product, active support period, subscription status, or applicable marketplace requirements.
Support eligibility, download access, update availability, and renewal options are governed by our Support Policy and any applicable product-specific terms.
8. SaaS and Subscription Products
Certain Softnio products may be provided as hosted software, cloud-based services, APIs, subscription services, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, or other recurring-access products.
Access to such products is subject to the applicable subscription plans, service terms, licensing requirements, and usage limitations presented at the time of purchase or registration.
Softnio reserves the right to modify, improve, suspend, discontinue, or replace SaaS features and services as part of ongoing product development and maintenance.

Code Customization: You are fully authorized to modify, optimize, rebrand, and customize our source code, stylesheets, and dashboard frameworks to fit your specific design requirements or project goals.
Component Usage: You may slice, adapt, and rearrange built-in UI components within the scope of the single site or project authorized by your active license.
10. Lawful Use & Compliance
Softnio products and services are intended for lawful personal, business, educational, and commercial purposes. You agree to use our templates, web applications, and software code strictly in compliance with all applicable local, and international laws. You are solely responsible for how you use licensed products.
You may not use Softnio products or services for:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
- Scams, phishing, or impersonation.
- Malware, malicious software, or unauthorized system access.
- Intellectual property infringement.
- Unauthorized data collection or privacy violations.
- Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Activities that may harm Softnio, its customers, users, partners, or third parties.
Compliance Responsibility:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your final implementation of our code complies with regional data protection and privacy laws.
- Softnio is not liable for legal violations arising from your custom site configurations.
11. License Revocation
Softnio reserves the right to suspend, revoke, terminate, or restrict licenses, accounts, downloads, updates, support access, or related services if:
- This policy is violated.
- Unauthorized redistribution or sharing occurs.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions occur.
- Licensing systems are intentionally bypassed or manipulated.
- Terms of Service or other applicable policies are violated.
Upon termination or revocation of a license, customers may be required to cease further use of the affected product and may lose access to associated downloads, updates, support services, or related benefits.
12. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
All Softnio products, designs, code, documentation, assets, branding, trademarks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Softnio unless otherwise stated.
References to third-party products, technologies, platforms, services, or trademarks—including React, Vue, Angular, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and similar technologies or third-party libraries—are used for identification, compatibility, or descriptive purposes only.
All third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval by the respective trademark owners unless explicitly stated.
