Thank you for choosing Softnio. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for our digital templates, scripts, productized agency services, and software applications. By purchasing any product or service from Softnio, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our global Terms of Service.

Because we provide downloadable digital assets, instant access to software platforms, and dedicated developer time, we enforce clear boundaries to ensure fair commercial operations.

1. Direct Digital Products (Templates, Scripts, Web Applications)

All templates, UI kits, dashboard templates, web application, and scripts purchased directly from the Softnio Website are delivered as digital source code.

  • General Policy: Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable source code, all direct digital sales are non-refundable once the file or download token has been accessed.
  • Exceptional Review Requests: We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances. Any refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of Softnio.

Refunds will not be provided:

  • Requests made after 24 hours from purchase will not be considered under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or a lack of technical expertise needed to edit or host our source code.

2. Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

If you purchased a Softnio item through an third-party marketplace like Envato, Framer etc:

  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, including Envato Market and other authorized marketplaces, are subject to the refund policies and procedures of those platforms.
  • Softnio handles these requests strictly according to marketplace guidelines. We do not have the technical or legal authority to process, reverse, or issue refunds directly for transactions managed through marketplace checkout infrastructure.
  • Refund requests for marketplace purchases must be submitted through the applicable marketplace and will be handled according to their policies.

3. Productized Client Services

When you order our fixed-price custom web development, eCommerce engineering, or maintenance services, you are booking a dedicated slot with our engineering team.

Our cancellation and refund rules apply as follows:

  • 100% Refund (Before Work Begins): If you cancel your service order before our team initiates any development, setup, or project onboarding, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of the total agreed amount.
  • Upto 50% Refund (After Work Begins): Once our engineering team has initialized development, set up your private staging environment, or begun converting your design files, the project is considered active. If you choose to cancel a service project while it is in progress, up-to 50% refund of the total agreed amount will be issued to cover the committed developer hours.
  • Post-Completion: Once a custom project has been completed, approved on staging, or delivered to production, no refunds will be issued.
  • Hourly Developer Blocks: Purchased blocks of hourly developer time are non-refundable once bought and expire automatically after 3 months, as outlined in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
  • Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, any completed work, deliverables, or project milestones may be retained by Softnio until all outstanding obligations are resolved.

Refunds will not be provided for (Non-Refundable Situations):

  • Completed projects or delivered work.
  • Delays caused by the client.
  • Changes in business plans or personal circumstances.
  • Requests outside the originally agreed project scope.
  • Services already performed or completed.

4. Subscription Models (SaaS Applications & Kits)

For current or future Softnio Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products or subscription-based toolkits, refunds follow standard industry compliance:

  • General Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard, and you will retain access to the tool until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are eligible for a refund review within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable, and cancellation will stop the subsequent year’s auto-renewal.

5. Fraudulent Transactions and Chargebacks

We maintain zero tolerance for digital product piracy and friendly fraud. If you experience a billing issue, please contact Softnio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • If you file an unauthorized chargeback or bank dispute for a valid Softnio transaction, your user account, dashboard access, support portals, and all associated product licenses will be permanently terminated immediately.

6. How to Submit a Request

To request a refund review under the valid timeframes outlined above, please contact our billing department through our website or email [email protected] with your Order ID, account email, and a detailed reason for your cancellation.

We review all refund and cancellation inquiries within 3 business days.
