  • Custom Services:
    Tailored, enterprise-grade development or custom feature engineering projects executed under a separate, mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW).

Fixed-Price Services

Fixed-price services are offered through predefined packages, plans, or service offerings with a defined scope, pricing structure, and delivery expectations.

  • Hosting, staging, or development environments provided by the client.

The development environment used for a project will depend on the nature of the project, technical requirements, and mutual agreement between both parties.

Temporary development or staging environments provided by Softnio are intended solely for project development, testing, preview, and review purposes.

5. Project Delivery and Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Project timelines may vary based on:

  • Project complexity
  • Scope changes
  • Client feedback cycles
  • Third-party dependencies
  • Availability of required materials
  • Technical requirements

Softnio will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe.

6. Revisions and Change Requests

Reasonable revisions related to the originally agreed scope may be included depending on the purchased service or project agreement.

Revisions are intended to refine agreed deliverables and do not include:

  • New features
  • Additional pages
  • Major design changes
  • New integrations
  • Expanded functionality
  • Additional project requirements

Requests outside the original scope may be treated as change requests and may require additional fees and timelines.

7. Deployment and Launch Assistance

For website and application development projects, Softnio may assist with deployment, migration, or launch activities as part of the agreed project deliverables.

This may include:

  • Website deployment
  • Hosting migration
  • Domain configuration assistance
  • Production environment setup

Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing hosting management, server administration, and third-party infrastructure management remain the responsibility of the client.

8. Third-Party Services

Many projects rely on third-party platforms, software, services, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, or plugins.

Examples may include:

  • WordPress
  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Payment providers
  • Hosting companies
  • Email service providers
  • External APIs and integrations

Softnio is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, limitations, security issues, pricing changes, or technical problems caused by third-party providers.

9. Service Limitations

Softnio provides professional design, development, consulting, and technical services.

While we strive to deliver high-quality solutions, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, search engine rankings, marketing performance, user acquisition, or other commercial results beyond the agreed technical deliverables.

Project success may depend on factors outside our control.

10. Project Suspension and Cancellation

Projects may be paused or delayed if required information, approvals, content, assets, or cooperation are not provided by the client within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

Softnio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment obligations are not met.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Terms of Service are violated.
  • Continued work becomes impractical due to client actions or circumstances.

11. Post-Delivery Support

Most service projects include a complimentary support period following final delivery. Support eligibility, duration, and coverage are governed by our Support Policy.

Unless otherwise specified, website and development projects include up to three (3) months of complimentary post-delivery support.

After the complimentary support period expires, customers may purchase website management, maintenance services, technical support plans, or other support services offered by Softnio.

12. Ownership and Deliverables

Ownership and usage rights for completed deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement, service order, invoice, or written agreement between Softnio and the client.

Softnio reserves the right to retain project files, deliverables, or access credentials until all agreed payments have been completed.
